Book a Rewardfinity evaluation

Merchants evaluating advanced, in-store, or hardware workflows can email an evaluation request. Include your store, region, expected order volume, and the workflow you are assessing. Certified readers remain Coming soon; this request does not place an order or reserve hardware.

What to include

Send your store name, the email used for your Rewardfinity account, and a short description of what you expected to happen. Do not send API keys, Shopify tokens, gift-card codes, PINs, or customer passwords.

Account and privacy requests

For account access, data export, correction, or deletion, use the same support email. Member requests are handled for the merchant whose program the member joined.

Service availability

Check the merchant-readable service status page or the machine-readable status endpoint. Rewardfinity records loyalty activity but never holds customer or merchant funds.
