CaféReward ready, the moment it is.
The eighth stamp lands at the till and the customer hears about it straight away. The next coffee is already decided.
Push notifications
When a stamp lands, a reward is ready or a regular goes quiet, Rewardfinity lets them know — in your words, on the loyalty card and the channels they chose. No app to download.
60-day web trial · No card requiredHow it works
Loyalty push notifications are short messages a business sends to members about their own progress: a stamp added, a reward ready, a reward about to expire. The ones customers welcome are triggered by something they did, not by a calendar.
They join on the web and keep the card in the browser or add it to Apple Wallet. Each channel they opt into — email, SMS, WhatsApp — is recorded with their consent.
Turn on the messages that matter — welcome, stamp earned, reward ready, reward used, expiring soon and a come-back reminder after the gap you choose — and write each one in your own words.
When something changes, the card updates itself and the message goes out on the channels that customer chose. Nothing is sent to someone who opted out.
The moments
Each moment is triggered by something real on the member’s card, and each one is yours to switch on, switch off and reword.

Broadcasts
Write once and choose who it is for — everyone, recent visitors, lapsed members, a points range or a saved audience. You see how many it will reach, and who is excluded, before anything sends.
On the Wallet card
The parts marked available run in the product today. The rest are being built now and are labelled until they ship.
Apple Wallet cards for standalone web programs refresh in place when stamps, points or rewards change. Google Wallet is a configured path, not an automatic one.
Available nowEvery channel is opt-in and recorded per customer. Bounces, complaints, STOP replies and unsubscribes are honoured before anything queues.
Available nowWhen a reward is ready or you send a message, the card can show it on the lock screen, in your words.
Coming soonMessages land on the card itself, within Google’s daily alert limit. Anything over the limit is added to the card without an alert.
Coming soonAdd up to ten of your locations to the card so it can surface on the lock screen when a customer is close by.
Coming soonKeep messages out of the night and cap how many messages any one customer receives.

Notification questions. Straight answers.
Short messages a business sends to its loyalty members about their own card: a stamp added, a reward ready, a reward about to expire, or a reminder to come back. They reach each customer on the channels that customer chose — a Wallet card, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
No. Customers join on the web and can add the card to Apple Wallet for standalone web programs; Google Wallet is a configured path rather than an automatic one. Email, SMS and WhatsApp messages arrive in apps they already use.
No. A Wallet alert needs the card in the customer’s Wallet with notifications allowed for it. Apple only alerts when a field set to announce changes is updated, and Google limits how many alerts one card can raise in a day — about three. Email, SMS and WhatsApp messages follow each customer’s consent instead.
Yes. Consent is recorded per channel when a customer joins, and every message is checked against it — and against bounces, complaints and opt-outs — before it queues. SMS STOP replies and email unsubscribe links are honoured, and anyone can switch off notifications for a Wallet card in their Wallet settings.
Email, SMS and WhatsApp messages go through the provider account you connect, and that provider bills its own usage. Wallet card updates do not use an SMS or email provider. Rewardfinity plan prices are on the pricing page.
Yes. Every message is written in your own words, and come-back reminders can include the customer’s first name, your business name and the program name.
Let the customer’s own activity set the pace: a message when something changed on their card, a reminder when they have been away longer than usual, and a broadcast only for news they would want. A message nobody can act on teaches people to switch notifications off.
The next visit starts with a nudge.
