Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel anytime in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid month; no partial-month refunds, except where required by law.

This policy covers Rewardfinity web plans, which we bill through Stripe. Shopify app plans are billed by Shopify and are covered at the end of this page.

How web plans are billed

New web workspaces start with a 60-day trial. No card is required and nothing is charged automatically when it ends, so there is nothing to refund. Grow and Scale are monthly subscriptions, charged in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Each subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. We do not currently charge sales tax, GST/HST or VAT, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to your Rewardfinity dashboard and open Plan & billing.
2. Choose Manage billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal for your account.
3. Cancel your plan there. You can also see your invoices and update your payment method in the portal.

If you cannot sign in, email info@rewardfinity.com from your account email and we will cancel for you.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you are not charged again. Access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. After that, new earning, spins and redemptions pause. Your workspace, member records and history stay available, so you can export them or subscribe again later.

Refunds

We do not give refunds for partial months, including when you cancel partway through a month, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email info@rewardfinity.com with your account email and the invoice date so we can review it.

Price changes

We will email the account owner at least 30 days before a new price applies to an existing subscription, so you can cancel before it takes effect.

Shopify app plans

If you use Rewardfinity through the Shopify app, Shopify bills your plan and applies Shopify's billing terms. Change or cancel your plan in Shopify admin, or uninstall the app. For a question about a Shopify app charge, contact us or Shopify.

Rewards and provider costs

Rewards you fund, such as gift-card payouts, and messaging or wallet provider fees are paid directly to those providers, not to Rewardfinity, and follow their terms.
