Terms of Service
Effective 6 October 2026 · Rewardfinity is operated by Anhad Singh, a sole proprietor based in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. Contact: info@rewardfinity.com.
These terms are an agreement between the business that creates a Rewardfinity account or installs the Rewardfinity Shopify app ("you") and Anhad Singh, a sole proprietor based in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada, who operates Rewardfinity ("we" or "us"). By creating an account or installing the app you agree to them. They are written in plain language; if anything is unclear, email info@rewardfinity.com.
Your program, your members
You own your member list and program data; export it as CSV anytime. You are responsible for having the right to enroll your customers, for your program's rules, and for the rewards you promise them. Rewardfinity records points and stamps; it never holds customer funds — reward payouts are delivered by payout providers directly to recipients.
Fair use
No spam, no unlawful programs, no gambling-for-money mechanics, no abuse of the messaging channel. You must have the consent that anti-spam laws such as Canada's CASL require before you message members, and you must honour unsubscribe requests. Rate limits and anti-fraud checks apply. We may suspend accounts that harm members or the platform.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Trial. New standalone web workspaces include a 60-day launch trial starting at creation, with no card required and no automatic charge. After expiry, new earning, spins and redemptions pause; saved records remain available. Existing complimentary access keeps its recorded terms.
Paid web plans. Paid standalone access requires an available checkout you explicitly approve and verified payment. Grow and Scale are monthly subscriptions, charged in advance through Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. A subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing in your dashboard: choose Manage billing to open the billing portal and cancel there. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, and then new earning, spins and redemptions pause; your records stay available to export.
Refunds. We do not refund partial months, except where required by law. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Price changes. We may change plan prices. We will email the account owner at least 30 days before a new price applies to an existing subscription, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Taxes. We do not currently charge sales tax, GST/HST or VAT on Rewardfinity plans. If that changes, we will tell you before it applies to your subscription.
Other costs. Provider usage and merchant-funded rewards are separate. Separate merchant-funded reward-provider costs, such as gift-card payouts or messaging-provider fees, are paid directly to that provider, not to Rewardfinity.
Shopify. For Shopify-installed merchants, Shopify bills the selected paid plan, shows any trial, and manages subscription approval. You can cancel or change a plan through Shopify; access to paid features changes after Rewardfinity verifies the subscription state. Shopify's billing terms apply to those charges.
Ending your account
You can stop using Rewardfinity at any time. Export your data first, cancel any paid plan and disconnect your integrations, then email info@rewardfinity.com from your account email to close the account; we delete or de-identify its data as described in the Privacy Policy. A Shopify store can uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or a security risk prevents it.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided as-is without warranties not required by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; your data stays exportable.
Privacy
Member data is handled per the Privacy Policy. You act as the data controller for your member list; Rewardfinity is your processor. The Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms and sets out how we process your members', staff's and incentive participants' personal information for you.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page with a new effective date and email account owners about material changes before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not remove protections that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be waived.
