Finny for agencies

A clearer client brief.
A more useful first draft.

Prepare private client briefs and brand proposals in your agency workspace. With a client’s consent, review their business setup summary and share a proposal. The client owner configures cards and campaigns in their own workspace. Find public businesses by city and type, save prospects to your private pipeline and export CSV.

Separate client workspaces. Review before publishing or delivery.

Prepare the client work

Keep the brief and next step together.

Use the supported workspace tools to prepare and review the work; clients remain separate.

  1. Find and qualify public prospects

Search public businesses by city and type. Verify the source and manually choose a pipeline status before saving or exporting CSV. There is no automatic fit score or outreach.

  2. Capture the business brief

Record the client’s industry, goals, locations and proposed loyalty offer before preparing account changes.

  3. Prepare brand and card details

Prepare a brand proposal and suggested card details in your own private client brief. The client owner reviews the proposal and uses their existing designer.

  4. Build a campaign proposal

Draft the audience, message and campaign plan. Keep the proposal clear about what is an assumption and what the workspace can prove.

  5. Review the right workspace

Linked access gives your agency a business setup summary and proposals. The client owner reviews changes and configures cards and campaigns in their own workspace.

Before you begin

You stay in control.

Where do I use Finny?

Open Finny in the Rewardfinity web owner dashboard. Choose a workflow or write your own request. The conversation stays on that page; clearing it or leaving removes the browser conversation.

Does Finny send messages or activate campaigns?

No. Finny prepares reviewed changes and drafts. Publishing a program, activating an automation and sending a campaign use their separate existing review controls. Audience, consent, channel setup and current plan limits still apply.

What information does Finny receive?

The messages you choose to send and limited workspace context go to Anthropic’s Claude API. Customer contact lists, credentials and private payment details should never be pasted into chat. Read the privacy policy for details.

Is there a usage allowance?

Yes. Chat and focused suggestions have configured usage allowances. The owner dashboard shows the current limits; failed or stopped attempts can count. Finny does not buy provider credits, change your subscription or link an account for you.

Does Finny find leads or send agency outreach?

Finny can help prepare a business brief and proposed copy from information you provide. It does not scrape prospects, send outreach, book appointments or promise sales results. Separate manual Prospecting lets you search public business records by city and type, save your own pipeline stages and export CSV for your review.

Is every client account fully white-labelled?

Brand settings use the capabilities available in the existing workspace. Removing platform attribution requires active white-label access and an eligible brand icon. Custom domains and delivery setup require their own readiness checks. Finny does not make a domain live, connect a provider or promise an entirely unbranded service.
