Finny for coffee shops

A loyalty plan for
your coffee shop.

Build a stamp-card idea around your menu, plan a quieter-day offer and give regulars a clear reason to return. Finny helps you prepare the details before you publish.

Illustrative starting points. You decide the offer and review the details.

A starting point to discuss

Make a regular coffee run feel worth coming back for.

Use these ideas to start a conversation, then adapt them to the real business and supported workspace rules.

  1. Choose the loyalty mechanic

Start with a stamp card: choose the drinks that qualify, the number of visits and a reward your counter can honour.

  2. Review the audience

Review a return-visit audience using the time since the last qualifying visit. A weekday offer can be a better fit than discounting every order.

  3. Prepare the message

Draft a short reminder about the coffee card or a new seasonal drink. Confirm the offer, expiry and audience in the composer.

  4. Plan, review and measure

Week one: introduce the card. Week two: explain the reward. Week three: review a quieter-day campaign. Week four: compare earning and redemptions before planning again.

Make it your plan

Start with a useful question.

Tell Finny the goal and fill in the details together.

Help me plan loyalty for my coffee shop. Ask about qualifying drinks, the stamp goal, reward cost and quieter days. Prepare a private card draft and a four-week campaign plan for my review.

Example prompt. Finny prepares proposals for your review; it does not publish or send them.

Where do I use Finny?

Open Finny in the Rewardfinity web owner dashboard. Choose a workflow or write your own request. The conversation stays on that page; clearing it or leaving removes the browser conversation.

Does Finny send messages or activate campaigns?

No. Finny prepares reviewed changes and drafts. Publishing a program, activating an automation and sending a campaign use their separate existing review controls. Audience, consent, channel setup and current plan limits still apply.

What information does Finny receive?

The messages you choose to send and limited workspace context go to Anthropic’s Claude API. Customer contact lists, credentials and private payment details should never be pasted into chat. Read the privacy policy for details.

Is there a usage allowance?

Yes. Chat and focused suggestions have configured usage allowances. The owner dashboard shows the current limits; failed or stopped attempts can count. Finny does not buy provider credits, change your subscription or link an account for you.

Are these coffee shops campaign results?

No. The ideas on this page are illustrative settings and planning examples, not customer results, case studies or revenue projections. Review reward costs, capacity and the actual workspace evidence before using an offer.
