Plan details
The prices above are the web Grow and Scale prices set for Poland; new web workspaces start with a 60-day no-card trial and are never charged automatically when it ends. Shopify app plans are separate: you select and approve any paid plan through Shopify, which bills in US dollars.
According to the Shopify app listing, Grow is $29 and Scale is $59 every 30 days after a 14-day trial. Expand a topic below for plan limits, country pricing and other costs.
Only the number of active discount rewards changes: three on Free, twenty on Grow and a hundred on Scale. The core loyalty module and its features are the same on all three plans. The limit is checked when you create a reward, and only active discount rewards count. Switching one off frees a slot; at the limit the app explains why it cannot create another. Before you choose a plan, count the rewards you actually keep live. Shopify runs the paid-plan approval and charge; Rewardfinity does not collect your payment-card details.
Using the app listing prices, Scale costs $59 − $29 = $30 more per 30-day cycle than Grow and allows 80 more active rewards. Over twelve cycles that price difference is 12 × $30 = $360.
A downgrade does not switch off rewards already running. It blocks new ones until your active discount-reward count is below the new limit. For example, a store with 15 active rewards moving from Grow to Free keeps all 15, but must switch off 13 before creating another: 15 − 13 = 2, below Free's limit of 3.
If you cancel a paid plan, its limit stays until the end of the period you already paid for. If the app cannot confirm the plan with Shopify, it keeps the paid limit for up to 24 hours and then applies Free's limit.
Web prices are set country by country in local currency and follow local purchasing power. Grow is $29 a month in the United States and ₹499 in India, roughly US$6. The page initially uses the country detected for your visit. The selector lets you see another market; without a match the page falls back to the United States.
In Poland that is zł89 for Grow and zł179 for Scale, roughly US$22 and US$45 a month. These are published web prices; Plan & billing confirms paid checkout availability for your account and country. They are not automatic charges to trial accounts. The Shopify app bills its US-dollar prices through Shopify wherever your store is.
The trial and plan prices cover software, not the rewards you give away, such as a free coffee, a discount, a gift card or a staff prize. SMS, email, WhatsApp, wallet-provider accounts and other connected-provider usage may require separate setup and payment. Neither a web account nor the Shopify listing charges per transaction or per reward. The counter page runs in a web browser; a Rewardfinity reader is not on sale.
How much a loyalty program costs works through the reward arithmetic. See features for the product and Shopify loyalty for the app.
A new standalone workspace starts its 60-day trial when it is created. Plan & billing shows the start, end and days remaining. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. After expiry, new earning, spins and redemptions pause; your workspace, customer records and history stay available. Existing beta and complimentary accounts keep their recorded access terms.
Choose an available paid plan and complete checkout to continue; access resumes after payment is verified. Grow includes core loyalty, promotions and games. Scale adds channel incentives and gift-card reward software. Provider setup, usage and reward funding are separate. If checkout is unavailable for your account or country, contact support; expiry does not charge you. Customer loyalty shows the first steps.
Good questions. Clear answers.

No. The Rewardfinity Staff app is for your team. Customers join your program and use their digital member card.

No. The calculator shows an assumption-based gross-sales example, not measured results, profit or guaranteed uplift. It excludes reward costs and program fees.
No. Everything here is local and uses fictional data. Account access is an explicit handoff to the live Rewardfinity service.
New web workspaces include a 60-day launch trial of the loyalty, promotions, channel campaigns, spin wheels and gift-card reward software. The trial starts when the workspace is created, with no card required and no automatic charge. Reward funding and connected-provider usage are separate. The Shopify app has a separate Free plan for up to three active discount rewards.
No. A new web workspace starts its 60-day trial without a payment step. Trial expiry never creates a subscription or charges you; paid web access requires choosing an available plan and completing checkout. In the Shopify app you choose and approve a paid plan through Shopify's own app pricing, Shopify takes the payment, and Rewardfinity does not collect payment-card details. Grow and Scale in the app each start with a 14-day trial.
The only difference is how many discount rewards a store can keep active: three on Free, twenty on Grow and a hundred on Scale. The loyalty features are the same on all three. According to the app listing, Grow is $29 and Scale is $59 every 30 days, billed by Shopify in US dollars after a 14-day trial.
They stay active. A downgrade never switches off a reward you already have. It only blocks new ones: the app refuses a new reward until the store has fewer active discount rewards than the new plan allows. A store with 15 active rewards that moves from Grow to Free must switch off 13 before it can create another, because 2 is the most that is under the limit of 3.
Web prices are set separately for each of 36 countries and follow local purchasing power, not one global price. Grow is $29 a month in the United States and ₹499 in India, which is roughly US$6. The pricing page shows the price for the country your visit comes from, and you can pick another country. The Shopify app charges in US dollars wherever the store is.
Good business deserves regulars.
Customer loyalty. Staff incentives. Your way.
