Does Rewardfinity take a cut of each sale for shops in India?
No. Web plans are a flat monthly fee in INR, 499 INR per month for Grow and 999 INR per month for Scale, and there is no charge per transaction or per reward. The plan price covers the software. The rewards you give away, such as a free chai or a discount, are yours to fund, and messaging or wallet providers you connect may bill separately.
What does a customer in India see on a Rewardfinity points card?
A web page with your shop's name and logo that opens from a link, with nothing to install from an app store. On a points card the customer sees their balance, a personal QR code for staff to scan at the counter, and your list of rewards. Each reward shows how many points are still to go, or a Redeem button once the balance covers its cost.
Can one stamp card in India carry more than one reward?
Yes. Besides the reward for a full card, you can add extra rewards at earlier stamps, for example a small treat at stamp 5 and a bigger one at stamp 10. On the Classic card, a stamp card allows up to five of these bonus milestones. A stamp card built with New program can hold up to ten rewards, including the one for a full card, and can require a minimum purchase in rupees before a purchase counts.
Can customers in India earn points for bringing a friend?
Yes. You set the points the existing member receives, the points the new friend receives, and an optional minimum first purchase. By default both bonuses are paid once, when the friend first makes a purchase at or above that minimum, and a member cannot refer themselves. Referrals sit inside core loyalty, so Grow at 499 INR per month includes them.
