Why S$39?
We index each plan to local purchasing power, and Singapore sits in the top tier — so S$39 is the base price, not a discounted one. Grow is S$39/mo here, about $29 USD. The same plan is KSh1,890 in Kenya, S/69 in Peru, Ft7,900 in Hungary — identical software, different tier.
Questions
Questions from shops in Singapore
What does Rewardfinity's loyalty program software include for a Singapore business?
At 39 SGD per month, Grow includes core loyalty (points, stamp cards, VIP tiers and referrals), promotions and games. Scale costs 79 SGD per month and adds channel incentives plus gift-card reward software. A new web workspace starts with 60 days free, needs no card, and is never charged automatically when the trial ends.
Can a Singapore app enrol members and read their balances through an API?
Yes. The public REST API takes plain JSON over HTTPS with a bearer key you create in Dashboard Settings, and keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes. POST /v1/members enrols a customer and is idempotent by email. GET /v1/members/:id returns the balance, lifetime points, tier and stamp count. Purchases sent to /v1/events/purchase are counted once per source and order ID, so a retry does not double the points.
Does Rewardfinity work as a rewards-as-a-service provider in Singapore?
No. It is loyalty software, not a payout service. It records loyalty activity and never holds reward funds. No payout provider is enabled today, so a gift card set up for provider payout is recorded as pending until someone fulfils it. For instant digital rewards on Scale, load gift-card codes you already own into the vault, and each redemption issues one in the same request.
Can I cap how often Singapore customers spin a prize wheel?
Yes. A customer wheel can allow from 1 to 100 spins per customer per day, and you can give it a start date and an end date. Each wheel has 2 to 12 prizes with their own weights, and a prize can be a miss that pays nothing. Wheels are part of the games module, so Grow at 39 SGD per month includes them.
