Are loyalty programs for UAE shops billed in dirhams?
Yes, for web plans. A workspace registered in the UAE is priced in AED, at 109 AED per month for Grow and 219 AED per month for Scale, and web checkout only accepts a price in that currency. The 60-day trial needs no card and never turns into a charge by itself. Plan & billing shows these amounts and whether paid checkout is open for your account.
Can VIP customers in Dubai earn points faster than everyone else?
Yes. Points programs support VIP tiers with an earn multiplier of up to 10 times. On the Classic card, each tier has a lifetime-points threshold. When a purchase is recorded, Rewardfinity reads the member's lifetime points, finds their tier and multiplies the points from that order. Because tiers count points earned, redeeming a reward does not drop a member down a level.
Do points expire in a UAE loyalty program?
Only if you set an expiry. On the Classic card, the points expiry automation removes a member's whole balance after 90 to 1,095 days with no points activity, sends a warning 30 days before, and records the expiry as a new ledger entry rather than editing history. Programs created with New program have their own earned points expiry setting, which can stay unlimited.
What can staff at a Dubai shop do from the counter screen?
Staff can look up a member, record a purchase, punch a stamp or award a visit, and redeem a reward. The counter screen runs in a web browser on a phone or tablet you already own, and Rewardfinity does not sell a reader. Staff keys are scanner-only, so refunds, new rewards and changes to your program rules need the owner's access.
