Why RM89?
We index each plan to local purchasing power, so a shop in Malaysia pays a fair local price for the identical product. Grow is RM89/mo here, about $19 USD. The same plan is zł89 in Poland, €27 in Germany, ₨3,999 in Pakistan — identical software, different tier.
Questions

Questions from shops in Malaysia

Can a Malaysian shop run points and promo codes on the same plan?
Yes. Grow, at 89 MYR per month, includes core loyalty, promotions and games, so points and promo codes run on one plan. In the dashboard you create a code with a percent or fixed discount and an optional cap on total uses. Through the API you can also cap uses per customer, require a minimum order and set start and end dates. Your checkout validates and redeems each code through the API, which returns the discount amount.
Is Rewardfinity a white label rewards platform for Malaysian businesses?
Your customer web page and PWA can show your published business appearance. Removing Rewardfinity attribution and replacing the default app icon requires active white-label access, a published appearance set to remove attribution and your own published square brand mark. Without these, Rewardfinity attribution and default icons remain. Custom domains need separate DNS and TLS checks; Wallet issuer and native app provisioning are not included.
What kinds of digital rewards can customers in Malaysia redeem?
On the Classic card, a reward is a discount or free item, store credit, or a gift card, each priced in points you choose. Programs made under New program offer fixed or percentage discounts and custom rewards. Gift-card rewards are issued from codes you already bought and stored in an encrypted vault, and redeeming them needs Scale at 179 MYR per month. Automatic gift-card payout is not shipped.
Can the software flag Malaysian customers who have stopped coming back?
Yes, with the win-back automation. You choose a quiet period from 7 to 365 days. Members who earned or spent points before, but have had no points activity for that long, are added to your outbox at most once a month each, so your team can follow up. If you save an HTTPS webhook URL, such as a Zapier or Make address or your own endpoint, those outbox entries are posted to it.
