Your logo, colours and artwork on a web card that can be added to Apple Wallet for standalone web programs. Google Wallet is a configured path, not an automatic one.

  • A code for the counter

Every card carries a member QR code your staff scan from the web counter page or the Staff app. No reader hardware to buy.

  • Messages that matter

Welcome, earned, reward-ready and come-back messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp, with consent. See the notification moments.

  • Referral bonuses

Stamp, points and credit programs can reward a member and their friend after the friend’s first purchase. See how referrals work.

  • Forty starting points

Starter programs for forty kinds of business, with rules, rewards, sign-up questions and messages already filled in.

  • More than one card

Run several programs side by side — a stamp card for regulars and a store gift card for gifting, say.

Card type questions. Straight answers.

Before you
pick a card.

What are the main types of loyalty cards?

Most loyalty cards fall into eight types. Stamp cards, points, memberships, member discounts and rewards credit reward repeat visits; welcome offers, store gift cards and prepaid packs are better at bringing in new customers or bringing revenue forward. Rewardfinity runs all eight as digital cards.

Which loyalty card type should a small business start with?

Start from how your customers buy. One repeatable purchase at a steady price suits a stamp card. Baskets that vary suit points or rewards credit. A service people book in blocks suits a prepaid pack, and a place people belong to suits a membership. If the goal is a first visit rather than a return, start with a welcome offer.

Can I run more than one card type at once?

Yes. A business can run several programs side by side — for example a stamp card for regulars and a store gift card for gifting — and each customer sees the cards they hold.

Do gift cards, prepaid packs and memberships take payment through Rewardfinity?

No. You take payment in your own register, and staff confirm it before value, uses or a membership term is added to the card. Rewardfinity records the balance and every use; it never holds the money.

Do customers need an app for any of these cards?

No. Every card type lives on a web card the customer opens from a link or QR code, and it can be added to Apple Wallet for standalone web programs. Google Wallet is a configured path rather than an automatic one.

What is the difference between rewards credit and a member discount?

Rewards credit returns a share of each eligible purchase as store credit for a future visit, so the benefit arrives next time. A member discount takes a set amount or percentage off the purchase in front of you. Credit pulls customers back; a discount rewards them on the spot.

What is a prepaid pack?

A card that holds a number of uses bought upfront — ten classes or five washes, for example. Staff record each use and the card shows how many are left. It is sometimes called a multipass or a prepaid punch card.

The right card for the way they buy.
